Warm, fragrant, and beautifully layered, Himali Twilight Chai is a loose leaf black tea blend created for slow evenings and richly spiced moments. Cardamom, ginger, cinnamon, clove, and star anise bring a comforting chai warmth, while blood orange adds a bright citrus lift and rose and fennel soften the finish with delicate floral and aromatic notes.

Imagine a dusky mountain evening, a steaming cup between your hands, and the gentle perfume of spice rising from the pot. This is chai with a twilight mood — grounding yet luminous, warming without becoming heavy, and made for lingering over.

Traditional Wellness Notes

Black tea offers a naturally caffeinated lift, while spices such as cardamom, ginger, fennel, cinnamon, and clove have long been used in traditional preparations, particularly as warming after-meal botanicals. Rose brings a soothing aromatic quality to the tea ritual, and blood orange contributes vibrant citrus character and naturally occurring plant compounds.

How to Brew

  • Use 1 teaspoon of loose leaf tea per 250ml of water.
  • Heat water to approximately 95°C.
  • Steep for 3–5 minutes, adjusting to taste.
  • Enjoy black, or add a splash of milk for a fuller chai-style cup.

Sustainable Packaging

Your tea is presented in a reusable metal tin, designed to keep the loose leaves fresh while giving the packaging a useful life long after the last cup. Store in a cool, dry place away from strong aromas.
