Brewing Instructions:
Steep 1 teaspoon in water heated to 85-90°C (185-195°F) for 3-5 minutes. Oolong tea can be re-steeped multiple times—each infusion reveals new dimensions of flavour. Traditional gongfu-style brewing brings out the tea's full complexity.
