How to Brew

• Water temperature: 95–100°C
• Leaf quantity: 3–5g per 200ml (approx. 1–2 teaspoons)
• Steep time: 2–3 minutes for the first infusion; increase by 30 seconds for subsequent infusions
• Infusions: This tea can be re-steeped 4–6 times, each revealing a new layer of flavour
• Tip: Rinse the leaves briefly with hot water before the first steep to awaken the Pu'er and release its full depth
