How to Brew

• Water temperature: 95–100°C (just off the boil)
• Steeping time: 2–3 minutes for the first steep; increase by 30 seconds for each subsequent steep
• Amount: 1 heaped teaspoon (approx. 3g) per 250ml cup
• Re-steeping: Pu'er leaves are exceptionally suited to multiple infusions — expect 3–5 steeps from a single measure, each revealing new layers of flavour
• Tip: A quick 10-second rinse with hot water before your first steep awakens the leaves and mellows any initial earthiness

Lovely on its own or paired with dark chocolate, aged cheese, or a square of honeycomb.
