Steep 1-2 teaspoons in water heated to 80-85°C (176-185°F) for 2-3 minutes. The rice will settle at the bottom while the tea leaves infuse. Can be re-steeped once. Delicious on its own or with meals - it pairs beautifully with Japanese cuisine.
