Brewing Instructions:
Steep 1-2 teaspoons in water heated to 80-85°C (176-185°F) for 1-2 minutes. Bancha is forgiving and won't become bitter with slightly longer steeping. Can be re-steeped 2-3 times. Delicious hot or iced, and pairs wonderfully with meals.
