How to Brew

• Amount: 1 teaspoon (2–3g) per 200ml
• Water temperature: 95°C
• Steep time: 3–4 minutes (first infusion); this tea rewards multiple infusions — simply add 30 seconds with each re-steep
• Tip: Rinse the leaves briefly with hot water before the first steep to awaken the Pu'er and release its full depth
